At W.J. Rapp Company, we know ensuring the safety of crews and our job sites are keys to a job well done. Our crews go through regular job site safety and equipment trainings, utilize well-maintained equipment and have access to the cutting-edge technology and equipment that helps minimize risk and improve safety on the site. Along with random, regular drug testing to ensure our crews are substance free, crews are also trained in fire watch, flagging, and land disturbance as well as participate in ongoing equipment and job site specific trainings relevant to the work being done.
