W.J. Rapp provides general construction and emergency services to a wide variety of industries in Virginia, Maryland, D.C. and the surrounding states. We specialize in new concrete construction, renovation and repair, and excavation and demolition. We also have extensive experience in areas such as: foundation and equipment pad work, poured in place walls, concrete sawing, dam repairs, large and small slab work, drainage and fire line excavation and repair and additional specialty concrete work. We are a Class A contractor providing general construction, maintenance and emergency services. We have been serving our customers since 1969 and many of our current customers have been with us since our start. While we specialize in concrete, we rely on a network of connections and preferred partners to provide resources for any job.
